Gina Cartwright is a Certified Property Manager with over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in property management and asset operations. She has managed diverse portfolios across key markets including Dallas, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Chicago. As Vice President of Property Management at De La Vega Development, Gina delivers exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and investors. Her expertise includes maximizing property value, operational compliance, and capital improvements, all while ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Before joining De La Vega Development, Gina served as Associate Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, managing national accounts and acting as a key liaison between clients and tenants. Known for her strong client relationships and attention to detail, Gina brings strategic insights to every project, focusing on long-term success and growth.

In July 2023, Gina and her family made Dallas their permanent home, where she continues to manage and develop high-value properties. Outside of her career, she enjoys baking and sharing her creations with loved ones.
