De La Vega’s primary business focus is ground up development projects in the US and international, with specific interest in mixed-use, and retail properties. We design and build developments that enhance and engage the cities in which we’re in. Currently De La Vega has over 5M square feet of development in DFW with three projects in the pipeline. The Central—broke ground December 2019— 27 continuous acres in the core of Dallas that will be home to a pedestrian friendly and experiential mixed-use development. In Fort Worth, The Citadel, recently broke ground, is a new mixed-use project that will build upon the vibrancy and growth of North Fort Worth. We’re set to continue on our path of innovative development with a new destination planned in McKinney, TX.

De La Vega has successfully invested in over 150 affiliated projects with positive returns on all capital invested and over the past two decades has successfully met all financial capital and debt obligations. Given our financial reputation, we are able to attract capital and debt. Unique to most Development companies, De La Vega funds most of our investments with internal capital. No external approvals, limited partner concerns, or timelines for exit. All De La Vega cares about is creating value through the growth and development of great businesses.
