Vice President of Design and Construction

Keith Smith is the vice president of design and construction for De La Vega Capital and Development. Smith is a seasoned professional in his field with more than two decades of experience in retail real estate, as well as within the medical and office real estate sectors. Prior to joining De La Vega, he served as the director of development services with Venture Vertical.

 

Smith earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M University and has earned the CDP Certified Development recognition from ICSC in the Design & Construction Professional category. In his spare time, Smith enjoys spending time with his four children.
